West Riding Paranormal – Event Booking Terms & Conditions

1. General

By purchasing a ticket or booking a place on any event operated by West Riding Paranormal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests attending events organised by West Riding Paranormal.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase in order to secure your place on an event.

Bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis and places are limited.

3. Refunds & Transfers

All ticket sales and bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Non-attendance

Change of mind

Illness or injury

Work commitments

Travel delays or transport issues

Weather conditions

Personal circumstances

Tickets may not be transferred to another person or moved to another event unless agreed in writing by West Riding Paranormal.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

West Riding Paranormal reserves the right to:

Change venue areas used during the event

Alter event timings where necessary

Change advertised guests, equipment, or activities

Postpone or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control

In the event that West Riding Paranormal cancels an event, customers will be offered either:

A transfer to another event, or

A credit note

West Riding Paranormal is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by guests, including travel or accommodation expenses.

5. Age Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, all events are strictly for persons aged 18 years and over.

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner, may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund.

6. Health & Safety

Many venues used for paranormal investigations are historic buildings and may contain:

Uneven flooring

Stairs

Low lighting

Low ceilings

Uneven ground or restricted access

Guests attend entirely at their own risk.

West Riding Paranormal accepts no responsibility for:

Injury or accidents

Loss or damage to personal belongings

Emotional distress experienced during the event

Guests with medical conditions, mobility issues, epilepsy, heart conditions, severe anxiety, diabetes, or any condition that may be affected by darkness, stress, or physical activity should consider this carefully before attending.

7. Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, venue owners, equipment, and other attendees at all times.

West Riding Paranormal reserves the right to remove any participant from an event without refund if their behaviour is deemed:

Aggressive

Abusive

Dangerous

Disruptive

Intoxicated

Damaging to property or equipment

Any deliberate attempts to fake paranormal activity or disrupt the investigation may also result in removal from the event.

8. Photography & Media

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during events for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending an event, guests consent to the possible use of their image in promotional material, websites, and social media unless they notify staff before the event begins.

9. Liability

West Riding Paranormal does not guarantee paranormal activity, spirit communication, or supernatural experiences during any event.

Guests participate entirely at their own risk.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event with West Riding Paranormal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
